Templating engine

I got an email from Simon about various things, but something he pointed out to me was quite interesting - it's a compiling template engine for PHP. Here's what he says about it:

Have you had a play with Smarty yet? It's a templating engine for PHP, which is handy when you want to be a little stricter about separating content from presentation. Hmmm... obviously you know what a templating engine is useful for. Tsk!
