A blog about Ruby, Rails and other Tech. Mostly.Back to blog
Around 6% of web users are still on IE5.0 or 5.5. This is somewhat annoying because it means sites for a general audience must support these browsers or risk alienating 1 in 20 visitors. And neat tricks like using AJAX to make the pages nice and dynamic probably won't work. So fallback behaviour is needed. But how to test? With standalone versions of IE, that's how. Get them from evolt. Unzip them, and just run them. Neat. Back to blog |
